Guy B needs to do a better job of managing expectations but to say the company never delivers on its promises...in 2017 they successfully completed all 5 stages of their Phase 1 project, which was a huge derisking  event.  If you follow the analysts that are covering this stock, that is what they were most focused on last year.  I haven't read a single report expressing concern about the delay in obtaining financing.  I think the smart money knows that it takes time for a junior to get a deal of this magnitude done.  Only impatient, weak hands are selling right now.
