This means that 7,187,500 new shares, which will be purchased for 75 cents, will enter the float. You will see many of the big holders exercise their warrants and then sell them in the market to take their profits and push the stock price back down so that they can all stock up again as low as possible. Just be prepared for this and don't blindly listen to the pumpers here.
