Just received notice from Quests lawyers, Fasken.
States that all issued and outstanding shares will be cancelled.
I have no idea how to proceed. I would have thought that the asset of the mine is so valuable.
Hoping that other share holders know what to do regarding class action. And more to the point is there grounds for a class action case.
