Well why doesn't ACB actually make a good case for themselves by making a new fair offer?

The 30 day average with the same 57% premium? Maybe part cash?

Apparently they have bags full of cash and are the smartest sharks in the pond. I am sure they could work it ot eh.

Bet that would fly a bit better.
