Original ACB OfferCorrect me if i'm wrong, but, if I was a CMED shareholder and the original offer [$24/4 shares] was accepted....wouldn't I have a nice profit right now? Am I wrong in assuming that the actions of CMED's management have cost me a nice profit?

Also since Brent is fascinated with "insiders", isn't it a bit of a no-no for an insider [let's say a C Suite type] to explicitly state in an interview what his stock price should/would be?
