The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

Oh for f@ck sakes, really. Get over it, LOI's are not binding - buyer beware. Pretty effing sick of reading these garbage posts. Have you ever bought a car or a house? Deals change due to discovery. Can we get back to some constructive posts please.
