RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ACB Bought On Market Shares - Can They Actually Vote Them?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ACB Bought On Market Shares - Can They Actually Vote Them?Apparently I cannot vote because I bought in after the end of Nov 2017 so I am just trying to understand the possible reasons ACB has bought up $16.5+ million dollars of CMED so far? If ACB gets to the 5% that is $27.6 million dollars.

Not bashing. Just would like to learn why do it.

If ACB sticks to the terms of their offer and the deal does not land upright for ACB the possible losses involved in having to dump 16.5 to 27.6 million dollars worth of stock on market is considerable.

Seems almost every ACBer on here figures CMED will tank 50% or more. So ACB could be looking at a loss of conservatively 25%. 4 million loss at present 3% holding.

Not a huge have to fly economy class scale loss for ACB but why risk it if ACB cannot vote the shares on their offer? Did they calculated that odds on they would have present a new higher offer?

Personally I would prefer a CMED + APH vs CMED + HIP or CMED + ACB
