Brent, it is never too late to pick up the phone, swallow your pride and call Aurora. Having been in business at a high level my entire life and retiring in just two weeks I know how these things work. Your main investment group moved over, your directors are resigning, you are threatening to sue your own shareholders. Shareholders that include the company that did your inital IPO. Nobody at Aurora wants to drag this out. I guarantee you they would cut you a better deal. The end result is a better company for both.
