BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Profit per share between $ 1.08 and $ 1.99Let's do a conservative estimation (WITHOUT THE FUTUR EXPANSIONS COMMING FROM THE 130MILLION IN THE BANK) :

108 000 000 grams x 2$ a gram profit x 15 for company valuation = 3,24 Billion

3,24 Billion divided by 220 Millions shares in total (this is in the futur considering no dillution) = 14,72$ per share would be about the fair value in the future...

NOW KEEP IN MIND :

We are waiting for expansion with 130 millions so maybe production could double, that would equal about 29$-30$ a share... Plus we are in pure HYPE mode in the MJ sector... 

Some possible downside :

More dillution ?? 

Some things to keep in mind for long term investors :

This is agriculture and entire harvests can be lost... But THCX is a good bet I think...
