I called yesterday (monday) Kingsdale Advisors as advised by CMED and told them I bought CMED on Jan 10 2017 and they told me that I could not vote as the ownership cut off was in late Nov (cannot remember exact date).

I will look into it again tomorrow. But I sold 1/2 my CMED yesterday because I was told I could not vote.
