RE:Why 1.6 vs 2.4LOL I cant stop laughing at how stupid this post is. You do realise BAMM offers up much more than just edibles right? Edibles get banned, you shift whatever small amount of resourced those are into more vapes and joints. According to your opinion BAMM is apparently growing edibles and not marijuana...

1) Congress shuts down - nothing approved (BAMM and TGIF at risk)
2) Congress approves Medicinal only. (BAMM gone)
3) Congress approves Medicinal and recreational but no edibles (BAMM gone)
4) Congress approves Medicinal and Recreational including edibles
You have to keep in mind it must be driving the FDA crazy that there are all these products out there (food and drugs) that are untested, have no consistent THC and CBD listing requirements (and whatever other burocracy they want to add to the process)
I realize the States have taken this on, but it is kinda strange they have a department just for MJ. This will come down to money and a negotiation. - consider that the states may have to give up something so the Fed can save face. That might be edibles.
Hopefully the BAMM contract is contingent on a successful outcome with the Fed. The reason BAMM went from 2.4 to 1.6 is because after sessions tore up the Cole memo, BAMM became significantly less valuable / high risk.
Don't get me wrong. Great company, amazing product but I can imagine how the negotiation went.
TGIF - we want to renegotiate the share split, shareholders are not happy
BAMM - that isn't going to work for us
TGIF - It is quite possible edibles will be banned meaning you will be out of business. If you join us you can keep your job, and we can grow the medicinal plus you will be a millionaire. Alternatively we can see what happens by March but you may not have a business to sell.
BAMM - where do I sign??
