RE:RE:RE:Original ACB OfferYou raise a valid point. There's valuations based on PV and FV. Ultimately a value is determined by what the buyer is willign to pay. I bought an asset for $280K and sold it 2 years later for $450K. There was an acutal valuation of the asset however a buyer was willing to pay $450K. I took the profit which seemed real to me when it was depsoitied to my bank account.

Notwithstanding the inflated prices, the fact remains that I missed out on an opportunity because someone didn't pick up/return a phone call.

Remember, it went hostile b/c CMED's shareholder's approached Aurora. Aurora did not approach the shareholders. Makes you wonder what really was happening in those CMED board meetings and the sort of direction CMED's management was taking.
