I would say that he means things like Nanalysis (weed QC as a proliferating sector), maybe some other biotech or similar type things. I don't think any blockchain opportunities would fit the investment thesis (profitable, undervalued investments).

I'm willing to accept I could be wrong, but I see on every stockhouse board I go on "X should get into weed!"/"Y should announce they're getting into blockchain!".
