RE:run awayRun away before the actual aquisition date i agree, but not until then.The deal could be renegotiated at some point, and might leave a chance for a more fair current offer.

At the current share exchange deal, i don't see how anyone who bought above the agreement sp of hip at that time will be able to make their money back.
