Newbie Question and Thanks

Hi all , I have a question and I apologize ahead of time for what may be an obvious answer. When we see the bid/ask price on our webbroker site , on a halted stock....does it mean anything ? What I'm asking is if the stock is halted, how can shares be trading at these prices ?
