The selling you are seeing is from exercising the options for a quick profit.  It could be that the insiders need the money for personal reasons, greed, or don't believe the price is going much higher.  I hope it is for one of the first 2 reasons I suggested.  If you do some quick math, you will see that ROXG is trading at the low end the 2018 guidance using a $1300 gold price.  The high end should be around $1.55 but some analysts have targets between $1.95 to $2.00.  Yes, a takeover of ROXG is possible considering the current share price, low cost producer, and potential production.
