8. WHO IS ENTITLED TO VOTE ON THE CANNIMED RESOLUTION?

The record date for determining the CanniMed Shareholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the CanniMed meeting is November 30, 2017. Only CanniMed shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2017 are entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the CanniMed meeting. Each CanniMed shareholder is entitled to one vote in respect of each CanniMed share held.
