RE:on the side butMy sense is that NMX already has a deal in principle with a particular company.  The updated feasibility study was probably requested by the investor and was also the reason for the increase in the size of the ask from $500 mm to $800 mm.  I really doubt that was NMX's idea.  So it's going to happen, but it just takes time to get all the due diligence and paperwork out of the way.  People often underestimate how long that takes.  In the meantime the stock could drop further, and the final pricing may disappoint.  But if that happens it's just another buying opportunity, as was the case with the drop after last summer's bought deal, when it fell below $1, then rallied to above $2 in the space of a few months.  Wouldn't be surprised at all if we see that scenario repeat itself.
