Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Guys we get it Aphria is greatDoing CC's, options at mkt price, fixing a broken business plan by adding small lot indoor flagship bud...

Exactly why I think it is important to call out management when they take perceived missteps.

People, especially those new to investing, forget that management works for us.  If they fail kick them to the curb.

230,000 kg of current planned production.  50% margins on wholesale and 70% margins on Pharma.  Rec will probably be something in between.

To to make it simple let’s use $2/gram profit.

230,000,000 grams X $2/gram. =. $460,000,000 in profits

Growth industry with high margins, 25:1 P/S ratio would not be unreasonable.  11.5 Billion market cap.

186,000,000 shares fully diluted.

$61.83 per share

That does not included investments in other companies which is already proving to be profitable.  That does not include further production increases.

There are good fundamentals and good potential upsides.

You will not crunch these kinds of numbers with the WEED model.  Their multi facility, low tech production will never get the COG low enough to be a profitable wholesaler.  And we can see already that wholesale models will dominate.

186,684,178 shares fully diluted ... the big guy topped up management with 539,000 deferred shares and options today ... a formal press release would have been nice.

At least they were at fair market value ... $21.65 ... and thank god he didn’t issue before the BD’s or the Broken Coast Deal ... because that would have looked bad.

He must be learning ... never too old to learn I guess .... making baby steps with a First conference call in almost 3 + years.

Now if we could get him into formal releases when issuing stock that dilutes shareholders.

Now whos numbers are flawed?
