News releases from "Network News Wire" come in a way of a paid endorsement from the company they are reporting on, or by them receiving shares in the companie's stock that they report about in their News Releases...this can be found in their disclosure at the bottom of their News Releases, but only if you click on the Full Disclosure Link.  When someone on a Board posts the News Release instead of the Link, you will notice the Disclosure can not be read, it states:

Now I am not stating that DOJA does not merit this stock price, that is up to whatever a buyer is willing to pay...I'm just saying be careful of those that use these News Releases to justify the surge in a stock price.  The best News Releases are typically from the company themselves.
