I wonder if there is an issue coming up for the fund managers who have agreed to a lock-up at $24.00 when the shares are now trading far above that. Does this lock up have a magic out for a higher on market price? It apparently did if the 4.5 x ratio fell below $18.00. But that was a special only applies to us not for everyone deal.

So if the fund managers first duty is to their clients is selling them off at a discount to market going to go over nicely ?  Is it legal in a get sued by you clients way?
