When will i get canntab stock and will it be done automatic?

When will i get canntab stock and will it be done automatic?I have a tsfa with RBC, that stock is in my portfolio, the conversion TFS to canntab stock will be done by the bank in a  automatic  transfer Or i will need to call someone ? When this transfer will happen?
