What is going on now?

What is going on now?Any ideas what may be happening? This one has got me. We had our vote, Yes, the SP was looking to drop, yes but why the halt? CMED hasn't had their vote yet even so it cant be closing of the merger or anything. Maybe some strange joint statement?
