Hip for Cmed math

Hip for Cmed mathIf you get 33 shares of cmed for every 1000 Hip at current halted prices.....

1000 x $1.12 = $1120
$1120 divided into 33 shares is $33.93

This seems to be a premium price to pay for shares they could have bought off of the market for much less.

Is there something wrong with my math??
