RE:breaking newsAll imo, but I read this as ACB has enough control and power to block the merger but CMED is trying to get a sweetened deal and attempting to keep HIP which is still a no go. Its mutually beneficial if all shareholders, board members etc are on the same agreement for merger. If they reach a deal, it looks like we will be cut out, which we want as well. Any other opinions reading this?
