RE:ACB/TGOD/CMED/HIP - amalgamationhmmm... dont know about an amalgamation. IMO, I think CMED got a reality check and realized that CMED shareholders wont approve the HIP deal and that's why they've softened their stance on the Aurora transaction, not to say they will accept the offer outright but they are definately open for negotiations
