RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CMED On Solid Ground To Demand More From ACBYou're so off-base its almost pointless arguing. The total trading volume over the last week far exceeds what ACB is legally allowed to purchased (for simplicity, let's say 5% x 24MM shares per Google FInance = 1.2MM)

As of January 12th, ACB had purchased about 700K shares at 23.03 average cost. 

Even if they HAD bought the additional 500K shares, they probably did it before the last two days of trading, and they also probably bought them near the same range. Their buying (if they even still are, which there is no indication of such) certainly aren't what's causing the price to go up today. 

It's amazing what information already exists publicly if you just open your eyes and look. ;)
