I have read sometime ago about Israel wanting to become a cannabis exporting country and working out the details of licenses. if Israel follow what Australia did, then this would have some good effect on the stock price. I couldn't recall when the target date was, but I know its suppose to happen before summer of 2018. I'm too lazy to google it out right now.
