RE:Hip cmed acb pricing

RE:Hip cmed acb pricing this has been discussed to death but if ACB and CMED merger, HIP will not be involved. This has been stated by ACB countless times. CMED may try to swing for both of them, but it looks like ACB won and the don't want HIP. They have their own international artists and connections and aren't going to limit themselves. Furthermore why would CMED be coming to the table now? after trying to sue them 3 times, one case STILL outstanding for insider information etc.? ACB likely has enough control at this point to force the merger, but its in the best interest of the market and shareholders of both companies if the come together amicably. Lots of CMED shareholders, workers, contractors will become ACB's so best to come together. ACB/CMED can also keep/extend the purchase agreement CMED just set up with HIP because the new ACB/CMED conglomerate will need more product then it can supply itself. HIP will then continue solo. We have our sales license, expansion approval, Tragically Hip + Feldman Agency etc. ACB becomes an international beast and we become a Canada's Brand. Win-Win-Win for all. At least that's imo
