I would say the most positive part about the clinic is the rate of return..
$3M (most likely) gets them 30% of revs which translates into the $3.6M in margins annually on the projected plantlet portion alone. >100% return from only 1 portion of the clinic’s operations annually... lol if their other deals yield even half this type of return, these guys executed a beautiful business plan.
