My guess is:

1.  ITC is trying to figure out what it means to them.  There may be discussions, etc. going on in the background on this issue, however nothing to confirm or deny.

Or

2.  ITC is out of this entirely with the exception of the warrants.  

I don’t know how much if any of the potential Panel Royalties is baked into the share price at this point.  My guess is very little since there was little to no discussion on this board since the news release last winter and it only resurfaced at CES. In turn if there is some kind of release stating the ITC will benefit in some way from the sales of these panels, the share price might react quite positively.
