Definitive AgreementHas anybody been able to find a copy of this on Sedar? The news release said a copy would be made available under the "Resulting Issuer's" profile on Sedar. Resulting Issuer isn't defined, but I'm sure that is a reference to Hiku. It would be nice to see that agreement before the deal actually closes.
