CMED was not offered 4.7 shares to 1, they were offered 24$ per share (which was about 10$ above asking price at the time) which happened to coincide with 4.7 shares of ACB at the time. When ACB went up they were not entitled to 4.7 they were entitled to 24$ like the offer clearly stated. When the offer was negotiated with the 38% shareholders, shares were negotiated. It was price that was negotiated. CMED holders need to get their head out of their selfish as*s because no, you were not offered 4.7 shares. You were offered 24$.
