- pump and dump..which again may be possible or not.....like niko notes moved very less...could be because they have no volume.

- leaked news...such as funding...to keep the comapny flowing...which is veryrisky for lenders as these guys are involved in tons of law suits. so may be an asset sale..but if thats the case notes should be way hgiher then where they are trading now....like I said...its  tricky scenario
