If the management and shareholders of CMED rejected that because of the capped $24, Aurora needs to step up to the place and honor the original ratio "4.52586207 Aurora shares for each CanniMed share" without the cap.  Put yourself in the shoes of CMED holders.

Reneging on the ratio now would only create more bad blood between the two and, at this point, bad faith needs to be replaced with good faith.
