So let me get this right, you bought into this at $1.05 during the run up the last few weeks and now complain about the filing issue and that you are going to sell and hope to get your money out? Even with a basic amount of due diligence you would have realized this is a start up co with little funds and staff AND that they have had similar filing issues in the past. Quite often start ups have admin/filing issues and often issue shares or options to consultants for serviices to conserve cash to get the company off the ground. Exactly what is happening here. This run up happened WITH the knowledge of past filing issues so it is not going to tank now after having another one. This company is on the verge of having proper funding to execute the plan. If you can't see that and have some patience especially with legalization sound the corner in the coming months then maybe you should stick to mutual funds and leave the real money making to the big boys.
