If it stands to reason that the company is up for sale, given a basic understanding of Enterprise value, why would anybody flog their shares at discount prices?  All current Asks should be pulled off the market and set at a value more reflective of Enterprise value.  Anything less than 0.20 cents is not even close to Enterprise value.

It's like going to Vegas and playing 21 at a table where the cards being dealt are decent.  However, many good cards get wasted by stupid players making it difficult for others to win. The same applies here!




Maybe they are hedging their bets and selling some of their position in case no deal is acceptable to present management and StableView.  It has happened before
