10 Step Trading Stradegy
10 Step Trading StradegyHere it is my stradegy to keep you efficiently in the game:
1. I use 2 accounts, an RRSP and regular account. Some goes into long term tax shelter hold to avoid massive yearly tax bill.
2. I purchase a large base holding usually 500,000 shares total.
3. I sell a portion off usually around 400-500% profit and then diversify to the next to cut risk.
4. I concentrate on this years hot play and avoid last years hot play. Last years usually weak.
5. Watch for possible new hot sector to diversify.
6. Watch managements speed of adoption of growth stradegy.
7. Daytrade a portion of your position to earn shares or cash.
8. Have conviction when the Bashers arrive, and they always do to gain position.
9. Never break your rules.
10. Take a bucket list holiday destination and enjoy the fruits of your work.
