RE:RE:NGH Outlook From Last MD&A strategy is to identify markets outside North America that are in the early stages of adopting EMR, or
jurisdictions that are looking for a next generation EMR solution. The Company plans to market and sell its EMR technology to
these entities or jurisdictions, either through a license of technology or a sale of its software. The Company intends to
monetize its residual assets, or in the alternative, seek a transaction involving the sale of all of the Common Shares of the
Company to a third party or other transactions that create shareholder value. The likelihood of such a transaction being
completed is uncertain at this time.
