Read up. HIP has a legal supply agreement with CMED. So even if they don't merge, they are tied from a facility and production perspective.

The only thing they don't have is the "UP Cannabis" and Tragically Hip thing which they don't really need if they have Aurora. Aurora has its own brand and steamrolling marketing plan...
