Once that license is granted, expect some new potential catalysts in the form of supply deals with some smaller (private) craft growers. There is potential they could get a deal with someone like FIRE. The bigger LPs will be negotiated straight with the BC gov distribution so they wouldn't need a middle man imo. There are tons of smaller guys that WILL need someone like LIB. If a bunch of supply deals are made look for them to announce a vault upgrade to the highest capacity of 31.25mil instead of the current 6.25.
Just Kush catalyst could include purchasing the rest of the company to own 100% instead of 60%. Obviously the license for Just Kush will be a nice catalyst as well. More upgrades to the facility I won't expect until license is granted since they just did some. Maybe they announce expansion onto the land (They are sitting on 13acres, so a decent amount of space to increase facility size in the future).
There are the pet clinical trials going on in France right now, in partnership with ESEV. They are looking to develop CBD formulation for canine pain relief. Scheduled to finish sometime in the spring/early summer. Never know, could share some initial positive results, but usually you wait. LIB isn't the type to put out fluffy news releases, but that could change I suppose. If succesful, this is going to be a HUGE catalyst imo. On the same level or bigger than a license.
Other possible catalysts could be surprise buyout rumors. Look at what Broken Coast just sold for to Aphria.
How about BC government. Do they have to build out facilities to store the product from the big LPs? What if they were to lease out space in the North Roads facility? Not sure how that would work but it would be sweet for LIB if they could upgrade to the 31.25 mil space, take a distribution cut from the gov, and have North Roads turning over multiple times a month! Pure speculation on my part.
I mentioned deals already, but how about supply deals to other provinces? Don't you think every jurisdiction will want to hold some BC craft/artisan product? LIB could potentially distribute straight to Alberta, where they will have private retailers supplied directly by LPs (gotta double check on this).
Haven't looked at the international export license application process, but might be something LIB inquires about. Think they want to focus on BC first though, lots left to do.
Finally, could look into buying into some more up-and-coming grow operations in BC.
Anyways, hope this helps. Just some ideas. Probably aren't all logistically possible, but time will tell.

What other catalysts can we expect in the next little bit that can push this back up to the $1 range, or will it continue to loiter in the 75 to 85 cent range over the next little bit?
