Why would ACB have to up the offer? Why did Zettl now want a friendly chit chat? Did he miss a good deal originally and is now scrambling to save his a--? His actions previously put him in a precarious situation.  You can argue that his stock more than doubled, but ACB multiplied even more. What's the ration now is around 2.5 ACB to 1 CMED. I'm not saying that's what it will be as I'm sure ACB would give more. Remember CMED is riding high on all this anticipation and it could easily plummet if a deal isn't stuck. All this speculation is just that.
