Aurora Up sounds great...getting high while watching the aurora borealis.  But, yeah CMED and HIP are a great combination, but its a no-brainer.  Why would CMED/HIP try to reach the 2 billion market cap when Aurora can give both of them access to 6 billion market cap ready to go?

I think Aurora made a mistake with the initial offer.  Refusing HIP is not good PR IMO, and I'm actually glad CMED is giving them a hard time about it.  The bottom line, of course, is money and market dominance.  To get that in Canada HIP is a massive asset to have, but to make an international splash you have to rely on CMED's experience.  

The deal may very well come back as just ACB/CMED, leaving HIP out and going after another small company.  It would amazing if ACB bought EMH.  We'll have to see tomorrow.
