Anyone have a copy? I couldn’t find it. Will it pass osc,nfld,and CRA scrutiny ? I want to be sure it doesn’t siphon all profit from rab to offshore owners. Where does transamine ship the concentrate to? There must be capacity in Quebec to handle this at a cheaper price than overseas. How can we know the fees are fair to minority shareholders and local governments? The expanded 20 year mine life is great but how am I going to make any money?
