According to all corporate filings, press releases and official documentation it's a done deal between HIP and CMED pending Cannimed Shareholder vote which will occur this week. 

CMED won't want to review the deal and HIP can't, management, board and shareholders have approved.

If you have any official information to the contrary, please post the links because here is what I have:

And no, please don't reference the nonsense sometimes posted here.  Many of the posters here aren't very mature and will say anything for entertainment or hidden agendas.  More shocking are people who have no understanding how to look up issued shares, share valuation and perform simple math.
