RE:CMED can merge with ACB with 24.43M or 37.29M shares

RE:CMED can merge with ACB with 24.43M or 37.29M shares Regarding whether or not HIP is part of the equation, I don't think "we" (as shareholders) really have any say in that anymore - at least when it comes to potentially merging with Aurora.

As it stands, the current CMED-HIP deal obtained the approval it needed from shareholders to pass.

Right now CMED and ACB are negotiating a potential merger - whether that includes HIP or not is pretty much up to them (and by the minimal information that is out there, it seems likely that any merger includes all three parties at this point).

I doubt that they're going to come to us with two offers for voting (i.e. one with HIP, and one without). If they can reach favourable terms, it would almost certainly (in my opinion) be a single offer rather than a choice.

I also don't see them offering 170M shares "just" for CMED without HIP.
