Let’s divide doja’s market cap by the amount of shares fire holds shall we. 265M / 214 million shares gets you $1.23 per share. Compared to Fire sitting at 2.70 per share. So Fire’s shares are worth 2.2 times what Doja’s are. Fire’s growing capacity is a little over twice what Doja’s is. Where lies the problem in valuation?
So let’s be precise here. Fire has 40000 square feet of growing room while Doja has 22500 square feet of growing capacity. That means Fire has 1.7 times the growing capacity than Doja, yet has a market cap that is 2.2 times Doja’s. So tell me again who’s shares are over valued.
