It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

Unfortunately, unless you work or consult for the company you won't get any stock options.

The fact that both the financing and options are at the $2.70 level, provides for enormous upside on this deal.

I think we could see a double, or triple in the near term, based on current market cap.
