RE:VRIC 2018

RE:VRIC 2018Excellent! Thank you Blaggers!

blaggers wrote: Met up with two other CRE investors yesterday at VRIC. Those guys spoke to JSL for 20 minutes and I had about 10 minutes with JFM.
As I mentioned last night - both JSL and JFM were really busy at the conference. JF's phone rang 4 times whilst I was with him and after our chat they were heading into another meeting.
Canaccord representatives were accompanying them on their Asia trip to Hong Kong, China and Japan.
This from their recent NR. The Company has engaged Canaccord Genuity Corp. as its strategic financial advisor to pursue, engage and evaluate global strategic partners and investors to advance the Rose Project to production.
JF thought (as pointed out by Tinker) that the SQM news was overdone as it's going to take years to get that production online.
I asked if Dr Haber was at the conference. He is in Germany as they were splitting their resources between Europe and Asia.
JF said as soon as the Helm deal was declined they had several interested groups contact them immediately. They now have a short list of 11.
He said that the company is in a unique position of being at the FS stage, attractive NPV, cash in the bank but still a free agent. They are excited for what the future holds.
JSL said that they will be taking on new expertise as they concentrate on the mine build.
Sounds also like there will be more drilling at the Rose to expand the resource their.
We agreed that having a booth at VRIC is of limited value as the real benefit for being there is the networking and deal making.
I wished JSL and JFM a safe and successful trip.
Thanks to the other 2 SH board members for taking the time to chat to JSL and pass on their findings with me, Please feel free to add anything I missed or PM me.
Cheers,
Blaggers.
