RE:Wash Trades explained by Gord Eberwein I respect that you've taken initiative to explain your side of the story. It makes a huge difference. I and many investors could never discover facts like these, even if we tried to search for them These facts simply are NOT available publicly . What a shareholder sees and believes, are the information that are available in public domain. Also no appreciation goes to individuals or companies that are blamed or scrutinized by the commission through settlements.
You candid disclosure is very much appreciated. At least by me as a shareholder/investor/trader.
I have carefully analyzed your submission by including these facts and circumstances as new factors. The results explain that there was no maliciousness intent behind your actions as it had been reflected/broadcasted initially.
I can imagine that your settlement with the commission has already exhausted your resolve by submitting to an undesigered admission which is categorized as illegal intent. But with your honest and humble intent to explain these hidden facts, you have changed the view of at least one stakeholder in regards to your ethical behaviour (I am sure they are many others agreeing with me).
Thank you.
Respectfully,
